Young people with fewer opportunities, especially those with learning difficulties or special educational needs, may know little about Europe, the Erasmus+ Programme youth opportunities, or European elections.
The partners of the Respect Connect project are currently refining the 35 developed PDF bullying and cyberbullying scenarios designed for students aged 10–12. These carefully crafted cases form the foundation of our scenario mechanics and dynamics, ensuring each situation reflects realistic challenges young people may face both offline and online.
The Digital Disconnection Toolkit, created as part of the OFFLINE project, is now available. It’s designed to help people build a healthier, more intentional relationship with technology.
January was a busy month at STEP! With project kick-offs, in-person and online meetings, and planning for the months ahead, we’ve been focused on moving our initiatives forward and getting ready for an exciting year. We’re pleased to share that Maja Jotić represented STEP Institute yesterday at the European Parliament’s stakeholder meeting on education and skills, contributing to discussions on the future Erasmus+ programme (2028–2034). We were glad to take part in this exchange alongside a wide range of European education, VET, youth, employer and civil-society organisations.
We met online with Respect Connect project partners to review progress and plan next steps, focusing on scenario development, key app design decisions, upcoming milestones, and actions for the Educators’ Toolkit and dissemination activities.
