The project aims to strengthen trainers’ multidisciplinary skills in identifying psychophysical risks linked to digital hyperconnectivity. It also seeks to enhance trainers’ digital competencies to help prevent psychophysical discomfort caused by excessive use of digital media devices.

In addition, the project empowers participants to establish support helpdesks addressing adult hyperconnectivity and develops practical guidelines to encourage healthy digital habits and promote digital detox.

The project promotes the development of common European values, civic participation and cooperation among the European citizens participating in the project, thus contributing to the validation and dissemination of a European culture of respect, tolerance, health and well-being in all aspects of quality of life.

Two mobilities will be carried out, the first in Ljubljana in November 2024 and the second in Rome in autumn 2025, to work towards developing skills to identify, manage and mitigate psychological/physical discomfort resulting from the excessive use of digital/media devices, providing tools and methods for critical and design thinking, mindfulness techniques and new digital knowledge.
