The aim of the project is to improve trainers’ multidisciplinary skills to identify psychophysical risks associated with digital hyperconnectivity. In addition, the project aims to develop trainers’ digital skills to prevent psychophysical discomfort resulting from excessive use of media devices.
The project aims to empower individuals to set up helpdesks dealing with adult hyperconnectivity. In addition, the project will develop guidelines to promote digital detox.
The project promotes the development of common European values, civic participation and cooperation among the European citizens participating in the project, thus contributing to the validation and dissemination of a European culture of respect, tolerance, health and well-being in all aspects of quality of life.
Two mobilities will be carried out, the first in Ljubljana in November 2024 and the second in Rome in autumn 2025, to work towards developing skills to identify, manage and mitigate psychological/physical discomfort resulting from the excessive use of digital/media devices, providing tools and methods for critical and design thinking, mindfulness techniques and new digital knowledge.
