Last week, we had the opportunity to present the Offline project at one of our international teachers’ courses, where we explored ways to tackle digital hyperconnectivity and promote well-being. As part of our session, we experienced some simple yet powerful mindfulness activities. You are invited to try a mindfulness activity in nature to help disconnect and refocus.
Try this 5-4-3-2-1 Exercise
Take a walk in nature and engage your senses:
- 5 things you can see
- 4 things you can touch
- 3 things you can hear
- 2 things you can smell
- 1 thing you can taste or feel
By practicing mindfulness, we can embrace moments of presence!
