Last month, we joined our partners from Italy in Rome for the second exchange of the OFFLINE project – a journey dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and learning how to find balance in a hyper-connected world.
Each morning began with yoga and digital detox sessions, helping us recharge and reflect on our own disconnection habits. Together with a psychologist, we explored the risks of hyper-connection and shared strategies for a healthier digital lifestyle.
Through seminars and workshops, we co-created practical materials and tools to promote digital wellbeing. There was also time to discover the city, connect over tasty Italian food, and leave Rome full of new insights, ideas, and inspiration – ready to take these lessons offline and into everyday life.
