Transnational meeting and International learning activity (Slovenia, 22th to 25thNovember, 2021)
In the scope of an Erasmus+ project EASIP COMP: Increasing entrepreneurial competences of students through a practical approach we held a second transnational meeting of the partners in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The project partners reviewed the outputs that have been developed so far and discussed the next steps of the project, in particular the implementation of the Intellectual output 2. The topics during the meeting covered also the project management, dissemination and evaluation.
From Tuesday, 23th November to Thursday, 25th November, we organized the international learning activity (train-the-teachers/trainers) in Ljubljana. On Wednesday, the project partners visited UP Faculty of Management in Koper, where the exchange of best practices in teaching entrepreneurship took place.
The purpose of the learning activity was to train university teachers to implement the newly developed approach of teaching entrepreneurship (first part of the project) that increases students’ entrepreneurial competences through experiential and workplace learning. Training was organized in a way that teachers could improve their skills related to interactive work with students. Participants could experience different coaching style and how do they work and inspire students. The intensive training increased their teaching and entrepreneurship skills. In addition, the participants of the training had also the opportunity to share and mix their practical know-how and background on entrepreneurship in the academic fields. Moreover, participants extended their personal and business networks.
