The new TESYA Group project, “Back to Your Future,” reflects the company’s commitment to empowering young individuals, aged 18-35, by helping them take control of their paths and shape their futures.
This initiative aims to train 90 young individuals from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, and Slovenia who are at risk of leaving education or are classified as NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Through targeted mentorship provided by TESYA’s professionals, participants will gain the skills and motivation they need to secure their place in the workforce or educational system.
The initiative has three key phases:
- Preparation in Milan (July): Bringing together TESYA’s partners to co-create a tailored training model, involving coaching, mentoring and prototyping ideas, to meet the specific needs of each country involved.
- Training in Ljubljana (October): Finalizing the operational plans to equip TESYA’s volunteers with the skills needed to mentor young adults in their growth.
- Active Volunteering: Mentors will guide the youth through life skills workshops, reigniting their motivation. Participants will also visit TESYA sites and take part in a hackathon, collaborating on innovative ideas.
This project is a TESYA Group initiative, in collaboration with CIAPE, with support from other project partners: STEP Institute, Fundación Santa María la Real del Patrimonio Histórico, Animam Viventem NGO and Adult Education Institution Dante.
