It all started a few years ago when we were invited to participate in the project ๐๐๐๐: ๐๐ณ๐ต๐ช๐ง๐ช๐ค๐ช๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฏ๐ต๐ฆ๐ญ๐ญ๐ช๐จ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ โ ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ณ๐ช๐ค๐ถ๐ญ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ ๐๐ฅ๐ถ๐ญ๐ต ๐๐ฅ๐ถ๐ค๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ. Back then, the topic wasn’t widely discussed, people didn’t know about ChatGPT, and the gap between experts and the public was even wider than today. In a rapidly advancing tech world, AI often feels like a complex puzzle of algorithms and technical jargon. This is where we came in โ tasked with the challenge to make AI accessible to newcomers.

Today, we are excited to present one of the AI project we partnered on: ๐๐๐ – ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐๐ง๐๐. ๐๐๐ focuses on developing employees’ skills, enabling them to effectively integrate AI into their work processes. This initiative is bridging the gap between AI and everyday business operations.
The project resulted in the ๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ – a program focused on AI literacy and essential soft skills for workers in the digital age. This training addresses the needs of workers across all economic sectors and occupations, preparing them for the rapid transformation of their work environments due to the rise of robotics and AI.
The structure of the training consist on ๐๐ค๐ช๐ง ๐ข๐ค๐๐ช๐ก๐๐จ:
– Robotics and Artificial Intelligence literacy
– The new working environments
– Mastering Soft Skills for Success in Digitized Work Environments
– A route towards the AI-bots incorporation
