We are excited to share the success of our recent event dedicated to empowering youth through entrepreneurship. It was an afternoon of insightful discussions, hands-on workshops, and valuable networking.
The event kicked off with a warm welcome and introduction, setting a positive and collaborative tone. Our first session, The Power of Community: Can We Achieve More by Working Together?, sparked engaging discussions on the importance of collaboration and cooperation in achieving entrepreneurial success. Participants also shared their ideas on how to encourage and broaden cooperation to achieve an added value for the community.
Participants then delved into two insightful workshop sessions. The first set focused on finding purpose for our entrepreneurial endeavours on the one hand, and on improving communication with investors, providing practical strategies and inspiring ideas on the other. The second set of workshops explored achieving a state of FLOW at work and generating fresh, innovative ideas, equipping attendees with tools to overcome common entrepreneurial challenges.
A lively networking break allowed participants to connect, share experiences, and build new personal and professional relationships. The final session, Rapid Prototyping: How to Develop a Business Idea in 45 Minutes, was a dynamic and interactive exercise that demonstrated the power of quick thinking and innovation. Participants had the chance to test the method on their ideas and to even role play a scenario of customer experience.
Throughout the event, the ongoing presentation of the ENT_Youth project showcased our efforts and achievements in supporting youth with fewer opportunities in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
