The 2nd Transnational Project Meeting of In4sustain took place in Maribor, hosted by our partner TITERA.

Over two intensive days, partners shared insights and aligned on next steps.

  • We analyzed the results of Living Labs and Focus Groups carried out across countries, engaging companies, VET providers and consumers.
  • We ran a collaborative workshop to integrate findings from previous projects and explore new case studies on consumer engagement strategies.
  • We explored platform options for the gamified learning tool.
  • We brainstormed the training programme and handbook.

The meeting ended with a guided tour of Maribor’s old town and a team-building wine tasting featuring the world’s oldest vine.

As we move into the next phase of the project, we’re excited to announce a Call for Presenters for two upcoming Pan-European Conferences in summer 2025.

These events offer a unique platform to share your innovative projects, practical teaching methods, or educational tools with an international audience of educators, trainers and VET professionals.

The first conference will take place on 31 July 2025, with a focus on sustainability and gamified learning. We welcome presentations that connect with these themes in engaging and impactful ways, especially those based on real-world applications and measurable results.

The second conference, on 28 August 2025, is organised in collaboration with the FemAILab project, which explores AI in education and digital inclusion, particularly for women. While the conference will highlight outcomes from FemAILab, we also invite presentations on AI in learningdigital gamification, and related topics that align with the broader goals of innovation and inclusion in teaching and training.

Presentations should be around 10 minutes long and highlight practical activitiesimplementation strategies, and clear benefits for learners or educators.

These conferences are also key milestones in the development of a Methodological Handbook—a main output of the In4sustain project. The handbook will collect and showcase innovative teaching methods, including gamification, flipped learning, experiential learning, and digital learningto support more sustainable educational practices in the textile and clothing (T&C) sector. Selected contributions may be featured as case studies or testimonials in the handbook.

If you have relevant experience or a project you’d like to showcase, please get in touch with your proposed topic and a brief summary via this form

We look forward to your contributions!
