As part of the GENIE project, we successfully delivered a workshop on the use of AI to support youth employability.
Across two hands-on sessions, participants explored how generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Copilot, and other AI assistants) can support them in:
– improving their CVs,
– writing compelling motivation letters,
– preparing more effectively for job interviews.
The workshop provided young people with practical skills, real-life examples, and useful tools to help them enter the labour market with greater confidence and make smart use of modern digital technologies.
Beyond GENIE, we continue to implement projects aimed at familiarising adult learners and educators with AI in a practical and accessible way, with a focus on supporting teaching and learning processes as well as everyday tasks. These goals are also reflected in a new project, BAGAL – more information coming soon!
