Our team has been on the move across Europe in recent days, journeying from Brussels to Bilbao, Rome to Cascais, and all the way to Madeira. We are busy gathering insights and experiences, and we’re excited to share our updates, starting with Belgium!
Last week we attended the LTTA – Learning, Training, Teaching, Activity of the Empatheatry project in Brussels, which aimed to empower youth workers to work with young people with fewer opportunities.
We analyzed the results of research carried out in Belgium, Spain, Ireland, and Slovenia. Through engaging activities, we addressed diversity, learned how to maintain continuous relationships with young people, discussed resilience, gratitude, and mindfulness, and explored our unconscious biases. We also discussed the development of emotional intelligence and the next steps of the project.
