First months of the project were devoted to the work related to the first output – students self-assessment of 15 EntreComp entrepreneurial competences. Preliminary study and correlation analysis have showed the importance of vision, motivation and self-awareness when looking for strong entrepreneurial personality.
The next phase is the preparation of the assessment tasks for 3 macro areas of the EntreComp framework and implement assessment centers in order to receive additional insights into entrepreneurial competences of students.
Results of the assessment and self-assessment will be important for the preparation of the EASIP COMP training. STEP team will be in charge of the development of the training structure and contents.
