The project “Digital Education for Parents at Risk of Technology Exclusion” (DEPART) aims at the digital inclusion of parents with low/medium levels of education. To achieve this goal, we will develop the DEPART learning kit that will contribute to:
1. Developing digital skills in 3 main areas: information and data literacy, digital safety, communication, and collaboration
2. Develop digital parenting skills so parents can educate their children to be safe online.
Main activities of the project:
– Creation of DEPART Learning Kit (a guide, 6 videos, and an e-learning platform)
– 2 transnational learning activities and exchange of good practices with 15 learners
– 6 training and testing workshops with 75 parents
– 6 training workshops with 75 trainers and educators
– 5 awareness and motivation campaigns that will target a total of 1500 parents
– 5 multiplier events with a total of 150 participants
The main output of the project will be the DEPART learning kit consisting of:
– Guide to intergenerational digital education and digital parenting
– Platforma eLearning
– 6 educational videos
– 6 models of training workshops for digital inclusion and digital parenting
Other results of the project will be:
– European DEPART network of at least 100 members
– 1500 parents aware and motivated for digital inclusion and to get involved in the digital education of their children
We are partnering in the project with Erasmus+ courses by Primera and our venture Skupina Primera d.o.o.
