𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘈𝘐 𝘫𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯?
It all started a few years ago when we were invited to participate in the project 𝘈𝘐𝘈𝘌: 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 – 𝘊𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘶𝘮 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘈𝘥𝘶𝘭𝘵 𝘌𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯. Back then, the topic wasn’t widely discussed, people didn’t know about ChatGPT, and the gap between experts and the public was even wider than today. In a rapidly advancing tech world, AI often feels like a complex puzzle of algorithms and technical jargon. This is where we came in – tasked with the challenge to make AI accessible to newcomers.
𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘢𝘱? 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘺, 𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘱𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘈𝘐 𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦?
Today, we are excited to present one of the AI project we partnered on: 𝐁𝐀𝐈 – 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞. 𝐁𝐀𝐈 focuses on developing employees’ skills, enabling them to effectively integrate AI into their work processes. This initiative is bridging the gap between AI and everyday business operations.
The project resulted in the 𝐁𝐀𝐈 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 – a program focused on AI literacy and essential soft skills for workers in the digital age. This training addresses the needs of workers across all economic sectors and occupations, preparing them for the rapid transformation of their work environments due to the rise of robotics and AI.
The structure of the training consist on 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚𝙨:
– Robotics and Artificial Intelligence literacy
– The new working environments
– Mastering Soft Skills for Success in Digitized Work Environments
– A route towards the AI-bots incorporation
It is available in 7 language versions: English, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, Slovenian, Italian.
