The TIPS project – Sustainable Education, Entrepreneurial Mindset and STEM – Drivers of Sustainable Development – connects organizations from the non-governmental sector, education, and business with the aim of strengthening knowledge, competencies, and cooperation in the field of sustainable development. The project promotes understanding of sustainability, STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), and the entrepreneurial mindset as key competences for addressing contemporary social and environmental challenges.
Within the project, we will implement activities for various target groups – from children and young people to teachers, entrepreneurs, and the wider public. In this way, we aim to increase awareness of sustainable practices, encourage innovative approaches to learning, and strengthen cooperation between the education system, the business sector, and civil society organizations.
The TIPS project is implemented by GoINNO, STEP, CEED Slovenija in Društvo AIA – Mladinski center Mengeš, and is co-financed by the Ministry of the Interior and Public Administration of the Republic of Slovenia under the public call for the development and professionalization of non-governmental organizations.
What we will develop within the project
Within the project, we will develop a range of content and activities aimed at strengthening knowledge and cooperation in the areas of sustainable development, STEM, and the entrepreneurial mindset:
- A guide for connecting education, sustainable development, and the entrepreneurial mindset, providing practical guidelines for teachers, youth workers, and entrepreneurs.
- Didactic materials and learning resources for integrating STEM and sustainability topics into educational and youth programmes.
- Trainings and workshops for teachers, entrepreneurs, youth workers, and other professionals.
- Events, meetings, and conferences connecting NGOs, educational institutions, companies, and the wider public.
- Digital content for awareness-raising, such as infographics, video content, podcasts, and social media posts.
The TIPS project represents an important step towards a more connected, informed, and sustainability-oriented society, where knowledge, cooperation, and innovation drive concrete change.
Activities are co-financed by the Ministry of the Interior and Public Administration under the public call for the development and professionalisation of NGOs and volunteering 2025.
