This summer, 36 participants from all over Europe gathered in Izola to brainstorm ideas for revitalizing the former Argo factory—from cultural centers and community “living rooms” to sustainable spaces inspired by the values of the new European Bauhaus.
Now we are bringing this inspiring energy to Bergamo, Italy (November 11-14, 2025). A varied program awaits us: socializing and networking, visits to good practices in rural and mountain areas, and learning how abandoned buildings and spaces can be given new life through tourism, social initiatives, and landscape conservation. The highlight will be a design thinking workshop in the picturesque Scalve Valley, where we will develop concrete projects and ideas for a sustainable future.
