EMPOWER:ย Encouraging Migrant women to seize their Potential and Opportunities in the World of EntRepreneurship

With the project โ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ ๐๐ง๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉโ we want to identify the existing competencies of migrant women and improve them through targeted training so that they can consider professional self-employment.
Within the project we are organizing a free ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ฃ๐๐ง๐ (4th โ 8th September) for personnel ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฆ๐ข๐ ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ง. Weโll talk about competencies, work in multicultural groups, discuss the development of business ideas (design thinking, Business Canvas Model) for groups of women who are just starting or for those who already have some entrepreneurial ideas, and much more.
