We wrapped up the last meeting of “𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 – 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩”!
With this project, we are identifying the existing competencies of migrant women and improving them through targeted training so that they can consider professional self-employment.
Here’s a glimpse into what we did in Sweden last week!

– Future Forward Thinking: we brainstormed on how our efforts can shape the future and explored ways to maximize the potential of our learning materials even after the project concludes.
