Maja has a master’s degree in psychology and is currently focusing on HR psychology and project management. Her work is dynamic, allowing her to use many of her skills while satisfying her need to learn. During her studies, she participated in the activities of the psychological association and was involved in the organisation of various events and congresses. Since then, she has committed herself to actively raising mental health awareness. She is a soft skills trainer and particularly enjoys facilitating workshops with young people. Currently, she is involved in a wide range of projects, from environmental issues and social activism to teaching development using a growth mindset.
