The project Kids Go Digital fosters cooperation between kindergartens from Austria and Germany. The children from Austria and Germany meet each other during video conferences and get to know other cultures.
Project activities:
– Technical and content preparation of the staff to lead video conferences with children aged 4-6;
– Co-hosting 2 days of project meeting in Vienna, kindergarten teachers from Germany will attend the meeting;
– Send staff to the project meeting combined with study visit in Germany;
– To deliver at least 10 video conferences with children (this can be divided among different teachers involved in the project).
Benefits for the kindergarten:
– All travelling and accommodation costs are covered by the project
– In addition, the kindergarten receives project management budget: 1.000 €
– Providing international opportunities for children and staff
– Possibility to meet German kindergartens and develop further international projects with them
We are partnering in the project with Erasmus+ courses by Primera and our new venture Primera – Zentrum für pädagogische Fortbildung Wien.
